Ube (ooo-bay) is having its moment, and we’ve been here for it since day one. Our Purple Daze parfait layers ube pudding with salted pretzel brittle and our scratch-baked vanilla wafers — the contrast of sweet, earthy, and salty hitting exactly where it should.
Salt Lake City hasn’t had a proper ube dessert worth talking about. Until now. The color is real, the flavor is real, and the pretzel brittle crunch in every bite is very, very intentional.
