Cancellation and Deposit Refund Policy

For Catering Services by Parfé Diem

We're excited to be a part of your upcoming event and understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties, we have established the following cancellation and deposit refund policy:

Notice Period:

Orders of 25 to 100 servings require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes.

Orders of over 100 servings require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation or changes.

Deposits:

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. Your event date is reserved once the deposit is received.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order within the specified notice period, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus payment processing fees.

Changes:

Minor changes to your order may be accommodated up to 48 hours before your event for orders of 25-100 servings. For orders of 100+ will require 72 hours notice. We will do our best to make the changes you need.

Last-Minute Cancellations:

Orders canceled outside the notice period are subject to a partial refund, minus processing fees. We understand emergencies happen, and we'll consider such situations on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds:

Deposit refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation.

Please note that our goal is to make your event as delightful as possible. We'll work closely with you to ensure any changes or cancellations are handled smoothly.
