It has a softer, lighter, and fluffier texture mixed with our signature wafers soaked in our pudding made from scratch. And unlike ice cream, it won't melt down into a soupy mess on you — it holds its texture so you can enjoy every bite from start to finish. You can even toss it in the freezer and eat it like ice cream, and it still won't melt on you. Our texture is not like the traditional puddings you're used to, but everything you deserve.

It's a layered dessert built on our scratch-made pudding, stacked with house-baked wafers and finished with seasonal toppings.

We bake our vanilla wafers entirely from scratch in-house, which is what sets our standard apart from everyone else.

Yes, we offer gluten-free pudding parfaits! We bake our own gluten-free vanilla wafers entirely from scratch using our house GF flour blend, produced in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen — so you can feel confident about what you're eating. Our house GF flour blend uses white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, and xanthan gum — developed specifically for our wafers.
