In the fall of 2018, I was a self-taught baker, armed with a variety of experimental banana pudding recipes and driven to create an unforgettable dessert for an upcoming Friendsgiving dinner.

At that moment, visions of what parfé diem could be, flickered in my mind. However, the security of a full-time job kept my entrepreneurial dreams at bay.

Then, in 2022 a pink slip burst that bubble. It was a powerful sign from… well destiny, I guess, urging me to seize that moment and embark on a new adventure.
After months of hard work, the parfé diem team is over the moon to share our delicious whipped treats with the world!
parfé diem is the embodiment of that Latin phrase, carpe diem.
Most people interpret that phrase as the Latin equivalent of “YOLO,” but what it really means is, don’t put off for tomorrow what you can do today. You never know what the future holds.
